After more than three decades as an engineering executive, I retired from High Tech to dedicate myself to helping women and the underrepresented in STEM achieve their career and leadership goals. Last year, I relocated to Seattle and joined ICF, and now I am thrilled to serve in my second year on the board of ICF-WA as Director of Technology. This is such an inclusive and welcoming community!
