Choosing the Right Membership Rate
To support access and inclusion, ICF Washington State offers a sliding scale membership rate. This approach recognizes that people experience different financial realities.
There is no income verification. We trust you to choose the option that best reflects your current situation.

$80 — Standard Rate
This rate is intended for individuals who are financially stable and able to meet their needs with ease.
- Can comfortably pay for housing, food, healthcare, and other necessities
- Have savings or financial resources available
- Can manage unexpected expenses without significant stress
- Have flexibility in how and when you take on financial commitments
$55 — Discounted Rate
This rate is intended for individuals who meet their basic needs but have limited financial flexibility.
- Are managing regular expenses carefully
- Are paying off debt or supporting others financially
- Have steady income with little extra after necessities
- Need to be mindful when unexpected costs arise
$25 — Reduced Rate
This rate is intended for individuals who are experiencing financial strain.
- Struggle to consistently meet basic needs
- Have unstable or limited income
- Rely on assistance or outside support
- Face barriers that affect your ability to work or earn income

This sliding scale is offered to reduce financial barriers and support participation across our community. Financial circumstances change, and choosing a different rate in the future is welcome. We ask that you select the rate that is honest, sustainable, and respectful of your current experience.
