I am excited to begin this journey as Co-Director of Programming for ICF WA! I have been a volunteer with the Programming team for the past 3 years and have seen first-hand how our events help strengthen our coaching skills, support our business development, and build connection and community across the organization.    I’m looking forward to enhancing membership development and continuing to build community through meaningful and engaging events.

I am an ICF-certified executive and leadership coach. I was certified through iPEC and received my PCC credential through ICF.  I spent over 20 years in HR and Tech before launching my own coaching business, Sound Coaching Solutions, LLC.  Through my business, I partner with clients to build confidence, enhance influence, quiet the inner critic, and support career progression. I love the opportunity meet and engage with ICF WA colleagues. I live on the Kitsap Peninsula and am always up for a coffee chat!
